The "Fancy" rapper says she's upset that she "didn't allot any time" for inner-tubing while in Park City, Utah, but she hasn't had much time for fun and games lately. Azalea has been working with a designer to make her dress for the 2015 Grammy awards (she's up for four Grammys, including record of the year and best new artist). She is also searching for dancers and a band that will back her up on the 'Great Escape' North American tour in 2015. "I'm in the hiring stage at the moment, if you're looking for a job," she jokes. 

That's one thing I always give her credit for. She doesn't try to prove herself by tearing others down. She has a lot of respect for the industry, for hip hop and her peers. She carries herself with a lot of grace and humility and I really admire that about her.
